02Third-party names, logos & marks
The names, logos, crests, emblems, and trademarks of football clubs, leagues, federations, and other entities belong to their respective owners.
- These logos and marks are used solely to identify the relevant teams and competitions within the Service.
- SquadraIQ does not claim any right over these marks.
- Their use does not imply any endorsement of SquadraIQ by the rights holders.
03No affiliation or endorsement
SquadraIQ has no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or official approval or endorsement by any club, league, federation, or other rights holder, unless expressly stated otherwise. Any reference to a club or competition is descriptive, to help you find and organise football information, not a claim of a relationship with that entity.
04Football data source
Football reference data, including player details, statistics, club and competition information, crests, photos, and flags, is sourced from third-party football-data providers (see our Licenses & Credits). Rights in that underlying data and imagery remain with the respective providers and rights holders. SquadraIQ’s own analysis and presentation of that data are covered by section 6.
05Takedown & rights requests
If you are a rights holder, a club, league, federation, player, agent, or other party, and you believe any name, logo, mark, image, or personal data is used improperly within SquadraIQ, please contact us at squadraiq@gmail.com. Tell us who you are, the specific material in question, and the basis of your request. We will review it in good faith and, where appropriate, correct or remove the material. Requests about personal data are also handled under our Privacy Policy.
06Copyright & intellectual-property ownership
The SquadraIQ software is the intellectual property of the SquadraIQ project. This includes, and is not limited to:
- the analysis engines and algorithms;
- the user interface and interaction design;
- the visual identity, brand, and artwork we created (including our own crest illustrations);
- the written content and copy;
- the structure, arrangement, and derived analysis we produce.
All of the above belong to SquadraIQ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
By contrast, clubs, leagues, competitions, and their logos and marks belong to their respective owners, as set out above. Open-source components used to build SquadraIQ remain under their own licences, listed in Licenses & Credits.
